Thank you for all your warm letters and updates on what is happening since your retreats. Many people concur that daily life can be a challenging arena in which to stay connected. We would like to support you personally and are offering you two new programs that are developed to help you to stay connected and keep your breakthroughs growing in your daily life.
Live in your connection ~a 6-week program~This 6-week course is designed for our guests that have visited the Secret Garden Retreats for a retreat and like to have support for 6 weeks to:
* integrate the tools received at the retreat into their daily lives
* learn the basics on how to get connected and stay connected throughout your day
* take their yoga and meditation practice to the next level
* build a network of support with other retreat participants and stay connected
Meditate with friends ~a 6-week course~One of the best ways to keep your own meditation practice alive and happening is to meditate with friends. Why not start your own meditation group and form a solid platform with the support of this 6-week course.
The course will provide your group with:
* a 6-week personalized program designed for beginners and intermediate
* a 2 hour weekly class led by Rose over Skype or phone
* weekly recorded meditations to do during the week
* email support
Meditation & Yoga RetreatDo you feel you need a break?
Is it time to get your 'Self' back?
Do you want to get connected more deeply to yourself?
This retreat offers a great combination of yoga and meditation sessions for relaxation and being more connected to your True Self. Some of the highlights of this retreat are:
* Highly personalized as the groups have a 5 guests maximum
* You do not need any yoga or meditation experience
* There are 8 retreats scheduled for 2017
* Each day, enjoy delicious organic meals, swim in a mountain spring river, while furthering your meditation & yoga practices, go hiking in the afternoon or treat yourself to a full body massage.

"Beautiful and intense retreat"
The week I spent at the retreat was amazing. Ian and Rose were very warm, genuine and caring and made me feel welcome right away. The premises are stunning with nice fruit trees, animals and green mountains. I really enjoyed sleeping in the yurt watching the stars through the opening in the ceiling. The splashes in the fresh river water were also lovely. The remoteness of the place helped me to just get away from everything and connect with the lovely group and myself. The meditation was intense and Rose helped me to go deeper than I had expected, I felt liberated and inspired afterwards. I now feel much more aware in my everyday life and have more courage to truly be myself and reach for my dreams. Ian’s massage was really special to me; I could deeply relax and trust. Rose spoiled us with delicious food every day. I can highly recommend this retreat to anyone looking for something personalized, non-commercial and transformative.
